00:02:19: And I do, i actually have more than enough if you count like the jerseys that I have at my mom's place and stuff Like That.

00:02:25: So...I crammed through My cellar!

00:02:29: I looked in every nook & cranny In this apartment..and found all of my jerseies.

00:02:34: Basically im just gonna be wearing a different jersey Every single day for thirty nine days.

00:16:43: I think A lot of people said this will haunt Wemby and the Spurs because it's not a given that they'll be back next year in The Finals, you know?

00:17:45: We've been wearing a lot of different brands right now that I think that's been one of the main themes for this year especially.

00:17:52: uh i'll get into what I have been wearing.

00:17:55: so One big change made my personal life is..I really started enjoying running more and doing some run clubs.

00:18:05: I've basically been running every single week now for like the last two months and i really just enjoyed it.

00:18:14: It's fun to run with a group, The shoes that have been rocking most are Evo SL And I discovered this whole new side of YouTube which is people who review performance-running shoes And I just went down a rabbit hole there, trying to find out which is the best running shoe to buy.

00:18:33: It seemed like the consensus from all of the experts were that they'd get the Evo SL.

00:18:38: So yeah...I absolutely love running in the EVO SL!

00:18:42: I don't know if it's just like a placebo effect or something?

00:18:47: But i have three pairs of running shoes total okay?

00:18:50: The Evo S-L is one I wear most and I had the New Balance Rebel V-Four And I have the new balance, ten eighty v fourteen.

00:19:00: Easily out of three of them though The Evo SL is one where i just feel like most responsive and the most bounciest.

00:19:07: Like if the runs just feels like Every step it's getting some energy from each stride Whereas the softer cushioning of the rebel and the ten eighty V-fourteen It's good as much better on my knees But also like, I don't know.

00:19:27: I feel a little bit slower for some reason Like my feet sink with every step kind of...I mean i'm pretty beginner runner so.. I am not an expert on this topic.

00:19:38: just My personal feel though is that I do prefer running in the Evo SL.

00:19:43: Yeah!

00:19:44: I've never tried it out.

00:19:46: It's very dependent on your physiology right?

00:19:55: Shoes that are stable and I've heard the EVO SLs.

00:19:57: They're not the most stable shoes there obviously very like lightweight.

00:20:02: they're Very comfortable, they're springy as you said to give a good energy.

00:20:05: return their fast shoes.

00:20:07: But for people who tend to pronate a lot Who have maybe weaker ankles it can be a bit of a dangerous shoe?

00:20:16: I Actually also had the ten eighty V four teens And they were one of the worst shoes for me to run in.

00:20:21: why is i get the worst, worst, worse blisters in them.

00:20:26: I took those

00:20:27: to Greece for

00:20:29: two weeks and my brother he's.

00:20:32: we went with some of my family... My brother is a bit of a psychopath.

00:20:35: you wanted to run fifteen kilometers every single day.

00:20:40: um what?

00:20:41: Yeah yeah He started by saying-

00:20:42: You call it vacation

00:20:44: though?

00:20:44: Yeah i know everything revolved around his.

00:20:47: uh workout Routine and I was like brak.

00:20:49: Come on, let's go to the beach.

00:20:50: He's like how long are we gonna?

00:20:51: Go into the Beach Park because I need be back to do my workout.

00:20:53: I'm like come on man.

00:20:56: But anyway he was running fifteen kilometers every day And i think only a second or third day I decided to join him Because I was Like you know talking big game.

00:21:02: Yeah So my wife Was like all right well fucking put up her shut up like go with them.

00:21:07: then.

00:21:08: so We ran Up A mountain so we run like seven Or like six kilometers up and Then Six Back um by kilometer one.

00:21:18: I already had, felt that i had blisters but was like alright im not gonna give up.

00:21:21: Im just going to keep running, keep running... made it in the end and its pretty fantastic!

00:21:26: I felt really good about myself took my shoes off, took my socks of blood everywhere.

00:21:31: oh god ummm..the

00:21:32: blisters-I'm not even joking they were as big an egg on both sides inside of my foot ummm.... I couldn't wear shoes for rest of trip and this trip is now two weeks ago, since it happened was four weeks ago.

00:21:53: I still have scars from the blisters.

00:21:56: like you can see that's not fully healed... I was putting bandages on twice a day getting waterproof bandages because i want to go in water.

00:22:06: It didn't ruin the trip but definitely impacted my ability walk around.

00:22:16: So it just goes to show that like each shoe is like super individual.

00:22:20: But as you said, a lot of people love the EVO SL.

00:22:23: It looks great too which I think is a big part of it As well.

00:22:26: man we are never getting a new balance.

00:23:16: and as far as like besides their running shoes The shoe that I've just worn the most this year there's two of them.

00:23:25: i picked it up at the start of the year.

00:23:51: Its the most comfortable heritage new balance shoe.

00:23:57: and The other shoes that have been wearing them most And Im surprised to say this is actually a Korean brand called Deviation.

00:24:06: You guys might've seen me drop a video on Instagram about It's the shoes that kind of look like the Margiela Gats, but it's more of an avant-garde version.

00:24:15: And I've just been wearing them a lot because they're perfect Berlin shoe.

00:24:18: They are all black and has some edginess to it.

00:24:23: Doesn't exactly looks like a Margielal Gat with extra leather bits on there... ...and i think this is such a versatile shoe!

00:28:25: Leather quality is insane on this.

00:28:28: And it's just, It's such a like smart version of Asamba.

00:28:32: Like This Is Something You Can Rock With A Suit you know?

00:28:34: I feel that if i don't have too many dressy shoes like these Period!

00:28:40: I Don't Have A Lot Of Lofers and...I Know That You Have A lot Of Loffers But I Just Don'T Have A Lots Of Dress Shoes In My Wardrobe.

00:29:08: So uh..I found A Crazy Steel recently Like It Was The Kit Collab On New Balance.

00:29:14: This Was Like A Toronto Exclusive.

00:29:17: Uh..It's Just Like This White & Red Pair Which Is In The Canada Colors.

00:29:21: And someone put up like a brand new pair of those on Vinted for, like, a hundred euros and I got him to negotiate it down to sixty-five euros.

00:29:29: Then ended up buying it!

00:29:32: Literally a brand New Pair.

00:29:34: Like all the factory laces are still hanging on the side of the shoe.

00:29:39: It is literally a brand-new pair.

00:29:41: I can't even believe that i've gotten so cheap.

00:29:45: So I was very happy with that And probably like, I don't have the shoe with me yet because it's supposed to come tomorrow.

00:29:53: But this is my favorite shoe that i've ever received and That's Because My Name Is Actually On It!

00:30:01: Uh...I Got To Work With Adidas on a Shoe Which Has A Collab Between The Better Generation which has a Boutique in Houston and uh..Andu C who is a Sneaker Customizer.

00:30:15: Both of Them did a collab, which was just in time for the World Cup.

00:30:20: And it's very much football inspired.

00:30:23: It's got...it's basically on The Predator Salah Which is like a football shoe and if you check out the collab its basically got Like A Football Turf.

00:30:36: The box Is Basically Like A Football Turf.

00:30:39: Its Just Very Special Shoe And Twenty Six Different collaborators from around the world got to work on this shoe and put their own pin that uh, The shoes actually come with twenty six different pins And the pin that I designed.

00:35:34: he was just buying like a fuck done, and I was like shipping them in massive boxes.

00:35:41: So I got rid of quite A lot of stuff that You know?

00:35:44: I figured if somebody else wants some and will wear them Then that's probably better than me Just hoarding them are not using them But I still have it way too many shoes.

00:35:55: Over the last couple weeks, I've been looking you know more and more into social media And seeing shoes that have come out or are coming over.

00:36:00: I'm like oh I Like this one whoo?

00:36:03: I liked that one.

00:36:04: so i'm getting The itch again a little bit to pick up some pairs.

00:36:07: but I think before I do That I'm going to clear Out Some More and Really Only My Goal for This Years To Clear Out The Shoes That I really Don't Want Really don't need and don't wear and only replace some of the shoes that I know, that i will wear regularly because it's too much of a shame to have shoes that im never gonna wear in my closet or in my cellar.

00:36:30: So thats my goal for this year its very late new years resolution.

00:36:35: yeah that guy from France like he must've just been lucky to be your size having all these shoes for under fifty euros, like wow man lucky guy.

00:36:47: He spent over a thousand Euros with me and was happy to do even more.

00:36:54: I'm just too lazy right now but as soon as i'm motivated enough pull the shoes out photograph them decide what you want from him message then ill do that

00:37:08: I haven't really talked yet about what the main topic of this podcast will be, but we have a couple things that we want to discuss in this pod.

00:37:18: First off all just kind of quick summary giving you like year-in review so far.

00:37:22: and second bit is... I did post on my substack which i'll leave link too in description if guys didn't see it already But started writing articles there recently wrote an article Uh, rep sneakers and the impact that at least I feel it had on sneaker culture.

00:37:43: So definitely check that out.

00:37:44: so we'll just be kind of discussing um That article a bit here on the pot as well.

00:37:49: But first i mean let's just give like a quick Um year in review.

00:37:55: uh so far right?

00:37:56: so basically I've observed a couple of things Like Just maybe because i've been doing this running thing for a while, I've really noticed how.

00:38:08: This year has been super into running shoes like in terms of what the brands are focusing on.

00:38:16: it's really feels like running shoe kind of dominated this year and almost feel like running shoes have become new hypey shoes because most sneakers that come out nowadays lifestyle ones at least they don't sellout.

00:38:32: Even the collabs are not really selling out.

00:38:34: I mean even like supposedly hype collabs, they're not selling out like Nigel Sylvester Jordan Forrest for example Like those were sitting in some places in Europe even and just remember how hyped to other ones.

00:38:46: where?

00:38:46: The red one's.

00:38:49: And meanwhile if you look at the shoes that are selling out it's like Shoes like for example demented minted recently did a collab with Sockney.

00:38:59: Those ones, those pairs were instant sellouts and they're going for a lot of resale value as well.

00:39:04: You look at some other collapse running collabs that are selling out like.

00:39:08: I know Nike on the Vamero premium did a collab with like some German designer Melita Baumeister, is that her name?

00:39:19: Yeah she's like a luxury designer right.

00:39:22: That lives in California but she's German born or something.

00:39:25: yeah

00:39:26: so they did a collab with her which instantly sold out also going for a lot of resale value.

00:39:32: I know Adidas is putting out a collaboration with BAPE that should be dropping later this month and it seems like...and that shoe too.

00:39:40: i've already seen a lot hype being generated.

00:39:43: So it's weird, even though the overall sneaker environment seems a little bit down this year at least if we're looking at resale values.

00:39:52: It doesn't seem to be applying to the hype.

00:39:55: running shoes you know?

00:39:56: I feel like runners are kind of having a high-piece moment At least from what i can tell.

00:40:01: and same with Even the general release shoes like the Evo SL.

00:40:06: Those are, I mean some colorways do sell out.

00:40:10: Some still go on sale because it's such a widely produced shoe.

00:40:13: but the CEO of Adidas man his name is slipping my mind right now But he said in The Last Earnings release that adidas has already sold over ten million pairs of the evo SL and It's already like a pretty big part of their revenue.

00:40:31: so Maybe, maybe it's just like the demographic of like the sneakerheads before are now turning to running.

00:40:40: Or I'm talking about my own experience.

00:40:42: but yeah that is one observation i am making on running shoes in general and another one is I feel like sneaker heads at least are being like really, really selective right now.

00:40:57: And they have the opportunity to be selective because you no longer need to wake up at nine o'clock for a sneakers app release.

00:41:05: You No Longer Need To Wake Up For The Confirmed App Release Because Shoes Don't Sell Out Instantly Like They Do Anymore.

00:41:10: So You Can Really Chill and Be Selective About What Shoes You Want?

00:41:15: We're Still Seeing Some Shoes Selling out!

00:41:20: I talked about these song-for-the-mute pairs.

00:41:23: This was a pair that I don't think anyone predicted would sell out, but they instantly sold out on the first day and i wasn't expecting That either.

00:41:30: I bought them On release date thinking that i would end up returning it And then buying It later once it goes on sale.

00:41:35: But that didn't happen.

00:41:37: in fact The shoes were completely sold Out In all countries.

00:41:40: so People are still being very selective about About what They're Buying and some Shoes Are Still Selling out?

00:41:51: because you don't have to worry about paying resell.

00:41:53: You can get the shoes that you want and I'm personally enjoying this much more chilled atmosphere currently in the sneaker world.

00:42:04: To your most recent point, it's been like for a while right?

00:42:08: At least at last thing you said... It is good time be a sneakerhead as you pick up cool things sometimes even on sale But that there are still releases at sellout.

00:42:21: because I think if nothing ever sold out, it would be a problem for the sneaker industry and also The culture in a way.

00:42:31: Because hype is whether you like or not part of the culture party community.

00:42:36: Um i think there's good hype There's bad hype um Or not bad hype but ridiculous hype.

00:42:44: So I think an interesting way, or interesting time to be into sneakers.

00:42:49: I think it was at Matt Welty from Complex a while back that the sneaker community is being more of a democracy now because you can really vote with your wallet a little bit pick things up etc.

00:43:07: To your first point about The Running Shoes It's something that i've noticed too and also think it goes hand-in-hand with run clubs and Running becoming cool over the last couple years.

00:43:19: You know, you've got brands like UVU Bandit running acid running Ante Berlin Like there's a lot of cool Satisfy rendezvous There's all these really really cool brands that are doing cool things in the running space not just with shoes but with apparel or accessories etc.

00:43:38: And I Think You know, the major sportswear brands are catching on and they're like okay.

00:43:45: Well you know our running shoes is selling well And maybe we need to start marketing them as lifestyle shoes which is what Ali does did with the Evo SL.

00:43:53: That was one of the first big Sportswear brands too.

00:43:56: Do that again right?

00:43:57: To push performance as lifestyle or has kind of an all-round lifestyle?

00:44:01: and performance?

00:44:03: I'm kind of seeing a pattern here as well because if you go back to The twenty tens What was What were the coolest shoes?

00:44:10: performance basketball shoes Katie's bronze, right?

00:44:15: Kyrie is a little bit later.

00:44:17: then people pulled away from Performance and went more to like retro runners.

00:44:22: A little bit more lifestyle shoes

00:44:23: But but also actually running had a moment in those early twenty-tens Right because it was like the fly knit racers And the Roshi runs that we're kind of dominating Sales at that time

00:44:35: That's true.

00:44:37: And then, you know exactly and it bounced back to boost as well right?

00:44:43: Performance has always been there but since maybe COVID performance hasn't really been cool.

00:44:51: so I feel like with anything in the fashion industry is so cyclical things come go patterns are always the same.

00:45:01: And I feel like this is a little bit more of the same, right?

00:45:04: Performance being cool again people wearing max cushioning shoes because that's really what the Evo SLR and shoes like the Vomero Plus R. they're just hyper-cushioned shoes.

00:45:17: Personally...I'm not huge fan.

00:45:21: At least it depends on outfit.

00:45:23: If you wear cool running gear with your EVO SLs I don't know on the way to a workout or grab and brunch, but you're gonna be active at some point in them.

00:46:55: One thing that I've noticed actually is, so i read recently that Nike's gonna bring back the two thousand one shape on Air Force ones.

00:47:03: Yeah they're going to apparently according these reports have more of a premium build better leather or whatever material it if its probably not real leather which lets wait and see if thats really true.

00:47:19: right but I think this could be the sign that Nike's realizing, you know what?

00:47:25: We need to step it up a little bit with some of our classics because as we all know.

00:47:29: We've discussed on the part over last few years other brands have caught up.

00:47:32: Nike is not first anymore.

00:47:34: You can probably argue they're not even second or even top three any more in a lot of rankings.

00:47:38: there are other brands and They might now be moving... Well

00:47:41: i mean in terms of sales.. I think their still number one.

00:48:44: But they just need to get their shit together and really bring those out in a good way, price wise collaboration-wise quality-wise because it's not new.

00:48:54: we've been talking about shitty Nike and Jordan quality for I mean since i was a freshman college so For fifteen years now you know.

00:49:06: see how that develops Because It sounds like They're catching on but let's See if they actually do.

00:49:38: How It Used To Look Like And it's about like, you know.

00:49:41: Okay maybe we're not selling Air Force Ones to younger people Like we hoped but at least let's keep this older demographic Continuing to buy a force ones by giving them air force ones that are better quality and Atleast make the feel like is worth their money right?

00:49:58: one is a little bit.

00:49:59: It's in a weird spot Right because he got these ballerinas low profile flat shoes or like super in right now.

00:50:05: loafers sneaker loafers all hybrid shoes and the Air Force One is not that.

00:50:09: It's a bulky shoe, it's a court classic.

00:50:12: so I feel like even doing like a crazy run of collaborations in Air Force one will stop...not really make it relevant because time isn't right you know?

00:50:22: They need to fix their basics!

00:50:24: Make them good classics shoes for those who want it.

00:50:34: The zeitgeist shifts towards maybe a little bit more bulky, a little but more basketball inspired than boom.

00:53:28: One thing we wanted to touch on is a piece I wrote on Substack which about replica sneakers and just quick background of what i wrote.

00:53:39: it mainly came from two kind events that happened back-to-back.

00:53:44: first was me walking outside my dog a guy wearing, uh pair of the fragment ones.

00:53:52: Um The Jordan one lows and just immediately in my mind thinking that okay those got to be fake because there's no with this.

00:53:59: guys didn't look like.

00:54:01: I mean Like.

00:54:01: i know it sounds horrible but It did To me.

00:54:03: This guy Just Didn't Look Like A Guy Who Could Get The Real Versions Of Those Shoes.

00:54:08: He Seemed Like um Like A Student he Had Like A Backpack On And I'm Just Like.

00:54:11: I Don'T Know How He Could Have Possibly Got These So Like To Me In My Mind.

00:54:15: I'M LIKE.

00:54:15: THOSE ARE HUNDRED PERCENT FAKE AND I ALSO KNOW THAT THERE'S A LOT OF fakes Of That Shoe.

00:54:20: And then the very next day I decided to wear my pair of The Fragment Ones Which is a original pair which i got from sneakers and stuff,and I wore it.And I posted A picture Of It on My Instagram.

00:54:35: There were a lot of comments about it.

00:54:38: One comment that stood out To me was one person telling Me wow its crazy actually see a real pair of this shoe because Its the most faked shoe in the world.

00:54:49: And yeah, and then that made me think about the exact thoughts I was having in the day before.

00:54:56: It just maybe had this wider kind of thought how when we see people with nice shoes now on street it's like very common for us to have this thought those gotta be fake you know?

00:55:11: Instead of appreciating a shoe its instantly... Those got to.. Those has to be fake!

00:55:17: After i posted I got another comment from someone in my DMs who told me that he kind of even feels that way now when he wears his original shoes.

00:55:28: He feels like people just think he's wearing fakes.

00:55:32: and yeah, this part kinda sucks you know?

00:55:35: And it made things like did the quality improvement on how good rep sneakers have gotten Before?

00:55:42: I felt like it was really easy to tell a fake pair from a real pair, you know?

00:55:46: Like if you go into New York there's what Canal Street and in Asia.

00:55:52: There are shopping malls everywhere that sell fake sneakers even in Columbia when i went last year where they sold fake sneakers.

00:55:59: If anyone could look at these sneakers then immediately tell their fakes.

00:56:04: but the reps im talking about is good quality ones.

00:56:11: Even StockX can't tell them apart.

00:56:13: That's why StockX even removed their one hundred percent original guarantee on the website because they no longer could do it.

00:56:22: So, like... Do you think rep sneakers kind of ruined sneaker culture in that sense?

00:56:29: Like what is a point getting paying for nice pair shoes if everyone just thinks its fake?

00:56:35: Okay!

00:56:37: A lot to unpack there.

00:56:38: I get where you're coming from and i completely sympathize with that sentiment.

00:56:45: That being said, to me, I don't think sneaker culture should be like this... ...I do realize it is in many cases but.. ..i dont' think u should wear things for approval or attention of others.

00:57:08: You know, you should wear your sneakers for yourself.

00:57:11: For your appreciation for them and then share that with other like-minded people right?

00:57:17: I think if people immediately assume your shoes are fake than... ...I would almost say their intentions or motivations are misplaced in terms of being part a sinker culture because it's Who cares?

00:57:33: You know, like if somebody else is wearing fake shoes.

00:57:35: I agree with you Like if someone's wearing fake shoe but telling every second person that they see like yo check out my real

00:57:41: Yeah That's so corny to me man It's

00:57:44: corny.

00:57:45: But If...I don't know..If this college kid is wearing Fake Shoes because these are his all time favorite shoe and he cannot afford the real one He maybe doesn't enough about sneaker culture too to know where to find them.

00:58:00: If you can't afford him, I don't know and he kind of just says You know what?

00:58:03: It's easier pain-free.

00:58:05: They're basically the same thing probably made in the same factories or similar factories.

00:58:09: To get the fake i would almost give him a pass because if He's wearing them for the right intentions.

00:58:17: He's not saying that they're real but he just likes The design.

00:58:20: he likes Kind Of What they stand For And Where they sit within sneaker culture uh and streetwear culture.

00:58:27: Then i think it It's okay.

00:58:31: I it's not gonna get me angry, you know?

00:58:32: I'm not going to sit there and grumble at the fact that somebody else is wearing fake shoes And I'm also not gonna worry about people thinking that mine are fake because I know mine a real You know um...and yeah Yeah, I think that's kind of what-what i would say To That.

00:58:48: but..it doesn't really matter as long As your comfortable confident in What you're wearing and you're Wearing them for you.

00:58:54: if you're wearing Them like I don't Know Get approval from others then Yeah, then maybe Maybe you should rethink wearing that specific shoe.

00:59:05: Maybe she went other shoe That's not so flashy or something like them.

00:59:08: yeah I mean those all fair points.

00:59:10: um i Definitely don't have a problem with people wearing reps.

00:59:17: Let's be honest, you know Like for some of these especially the Travis Scott when they were at the hype Of all hypes They were going for over thousand dollars right per shoe.

00:59:27: and I totally understand like someone can really, really like how that shoe looks.

00:59:32: but there's no way they either have the money or want to pay That much for a shoe.

00:59:36: And if you get almost identical thing For a tenth of cost...I don't blame people doing it.

00:59:42: There is nothing wrong with whatever.

00:59:46: No one will tell difference anyways Like thats totally fine.

00:59:51: So i dont' have problem about that whatsoever.

00:59:53: That's fine.

00:59:54: They can wear fakes, nothing wrong with doing

00:59:56: It's more about like the person who bought the shoe... The real shoe and feeling it's not as appreciated.

01:00:09: maybe or even they themselves don't appreciate it as much?

01:00:14: You shouldn't even care about that.

01:00:21: to get it, you know how hard you were to pay for that shoe.

01:00:24: So It should only matter to you in the end.

01:00:26: and yeah That's a great point too but I feel like The fake sneakers.

01:00:31: besides having this feeling which i spoke about Which is um You know feeling Like oh man no one thinks these are real anyways?

01:00:39: its also caused A lot of distrust In general in the sneaker community.

01:00:44: right You can't feel good about purchasing something on StockX anymore, especially expensive items like Travis Scott shoes.

01:00:53: There's no way I would buy something from StockX and feel a hundred percent sure that I got a real thing right?

01:01:00: That basically causes less demand for the shoe which causes less demands in just hype sneakers in general Doubt shadow on sneakers and buying resell sneakers.

01:01:15: And it's the same thing.

01:01:16: even if you're trying to sell your shoes, Your collection To another sneaker head they are gonna doubt You as well like when they see a nice sneaker.

01:01:25: They're going to doubt.

01:01:26: that is real Aswell which makes It really hard to Sell two other sneaker heads?

01:01:31: And its created Like.

01:01:32: I feel A lot of doubt too Among sneakerheads.

01:01:37: That part Is just not nice because I feel like it was way easier to sell sneakers in the past.

01:01:42: You could find Facebook groups and you had trusted people there, but now its just harder man!

01:01:51: actually i think trust cause.

01:01:53: we talk about the sneaker community.

01:01:55: We talked about culture right?

01:01:56: And i think Trust is a big part of community being able share experiences with other people With like-minded individuals and build these relationships over years, right?

01:02:08: Like there's people in the community that have started by selling to some random person in their city.

01:02:15: And then they sell them again maybe buy from them or see it at a camp out.

01:02:21: These relationship builds up.

01:02:24: That is the sneaker community.

01:02:26: I agree with you but i think that is definitely at risk when putting really good fakes into your equation because People that we're talking about will continue to buy and sell real sneakers because you can trust them but You would be very wary of buying from someone.

01:02:43: You don't know, right?

01:02:45: Because you don't.

01:02:46: if they are in it for the right reasons If their offering legitimate or fake Yeah

01:02:52: For sure And even buying off some one who has a lot good reputation.

01:02:57: I mean That person could have been fooled by a rep easily These reps getting harder and harder to tell apart.

01:03:04: Honestly People ask me on Instagram all the time, they'll send me pictures and asked to legit check.

01:03:08: Like I don't know you like...I have no idea how tell a fake from real one.

01:03:12: there's so hard to tell.

01:03:15: So without that strong trust in sneakers and in community i feel it has also really hurt the sneaker industry as whole.

01:03:28: I remember back in the day when like it was super easy to tell that Like The boosts Was off or

01:03:33: on the on the Yeezy three fifties and v twos That'd like you know?

01:03:36: Like the way that the heel the soul was.

01:03:40: like You Know there were lots of Lots Of tells announced.

01:03:43: It's just almost impossible.
